电缆性能
具有以下特点:绝缘和护套等用扁电缆专用丁腈复合料;提高电缆柔软特性以及防腐耐寒等性能;可按客户使用要求,在线芯两侧增加钢丝绳用来加强电缆的抗涨强度。可以随设备连续弯曲使用,具有超强的弯曲性、高柔性、耐磨性、耐油污、耐腐蚀、耐寒性、防紫外线、防水、阻燃、抗张力等性能。

电缆结构标准：参照GB5023-2006 PART6类标准导体：符合DIN VDE（或IEC 60228）中6类标准
绝缘：特种定制复合绝缘料，有优异的抗拉强度和绝缘电阻指标 绝缘标识：符合DIN VDE 0293标准
外护套：特种定制柔软抗开裂弹性体护套料，极佳的抗拉强度和撕裂强度指标，黑色，符合RAL9005要求
特性指标：工作电压U/U0：S≤0.75mm2,300/500V，S≥1.0mm2,450/750V,测试电压2500V,50HZ,5MIN70°C时绝缘电
阻更好小值：20MΩ.KM
温度范围：移动按装：-10～+70°C（可根据要求设计），固定按装：-40～+80°C
更好小弯曲半径：移动按装：7.5*电缆外径， 固定按装：4.5*电缆外径
建议事项:
芯线单排一字型排列时:悬挂长度>40m 移动速度>2m/s 建议增加承力钢丝或纺纶纱芯线梅花型绞合排列时:悬挂长度>80m 移动速度>4-10m/s建议增加承力钢丝。
